While walking around , Chile, we recorded scenes from the street so you can see a little bit what it is like. It is a beautiful city, reminds me a bit of Spain. The nuns of Maria Auxiliadora and several families from Regnum Christi or the Legionaries of Christ helped us with a place to stay and may fine meals in . The music is by a band we heard performing in the main plaza of called Son de la Calle. After leaving we took 3 buses to arrive in Cusco that took a total of 50 hours (that is just the time on the buses, add another 12 hours or so for time waiting in terminals between buses.) All of northern Chile is desert, and although it is quite mundane, it is beautiful. Thankfully at the end of the many hours of travel we arrived safely in Cusco.
