Your host Al Palmquist shows you how good and cheap fruits, vegetables, cheese and yogurt are here in Cusco at the Saturday morning market of Huancaro. We went to that market every Saturday when we were here a few years ago and made a point to go there this trip as well. The farmers from the Andes mountains all come down to sell their products at a very low cost, and the Andean women sell their fruits and vegetables while eating a bowl of chicken soup.
