In the tiny village of Cochalo, outside of Quito, Ecuador, Annie & AL visit with a family that they got to know real well 2 and half years earlier. On the day we arrived at the grandparent’s farm, they happen to be building a small house for one of their sons (Benjamin), so we pitched in. Later we returned to Benjamin’s sister’s house (Patty) in Quito to grill up some guinea pig (it’s a delicacy here) with her husband (Clever), his mother and aunt, and their three kids (Daniel, Esteven, and Katy).
