In the airport in Bogotá, Colombia, drinking a Juan Valdéz coffee just before boarding the plane to return to the US for the summer. We were not ready to go yet, but we had already committed to our summer jobs, so for that reason it was time to go. We began to reflect on the passed 6 months in which we had travelled through Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia meeting wonderful people, hearing their inspiring and interesting stories, and seeing the Lord work through their generous actions toward us and their kind words. Now that we are about to embark on the next journey, another 3 months in South America, we pray that the Lord will continue to be with us and keep us safe, and guide us to where He wants us to go.
