Dennis Karol says: I really look forward to September 8th, and beyond. I expect the new Archbishop of Philadelphia will “out there” to be seen and heard by all of us Catholics here in the Northeast. I have a feeling we’ll be seeing and hearing a lot of things from this man, that we’ve been wanting to see and hear for a long time. WELCOME!
Archbishop Charles ordained me a deacon in 2004. In so many ways, and most deeply in my heart, he has been a ‘father’ and ‘shepherd’ to me, as I am sure he is and has been for countless other clergy and laity. May God richly bless and sustain Archbishop in his new assignment. Go with God. Blessings.
