Highlight Reel – March for Life ’12: video 5
We are the March for Life. We are thousands strong standing up for LIFE from conception until natural death. Why? Because all human beings ‘are made in God’s image and likeness.’ No matter how small, we Catholics defend the right of the unborn, period. For it is abortion in the 21st century that is this generation’s holocaust, who will rise up to overcome it?
Today’s Story
When you push play, get ready for the March for Life 2012 highlight reel, and the story of a mother and her lost daughter to abortion. Fathoming the murder of over 50 million American babies in the womb is almost impossible. Yet this story and highlight reel concretizes the ill effects of abortion in America, for individual lives and society as a whole. Despite freezing rain most of the day, the dark weather had zero impact on the spirit and size of this year’s March for Life. God be praised, for the courage of Lisa to share her story on the ‘digital continent.’ As we hear at the beginning of the video, and should exclaim from the rooftops everyday in defense of the most vulnerable in our society: “God be praised, now and forever” for the gift of life!
Perhaps you know someone who needs help with overcoming abortion. Priests for Life is a great organization within the Catholic Church that you can trust with aiding whatever situation you may be facing. Click on the logo to get more information from their website. Keep in your prayers the remembrance of our Blessed Mother, who had such trust in God’s plan, no matter how many blind turns may have marked the path.
