Priests and Religious Reflect on Pope Francis in the Philippines

‘He is the Vicar of Christ on earth. If we get close to him (Pope Francis), we get close to Christ. Jesus has something to tell us through Pope Francis.’ We must go out to the peripheries to encounter those that need Christ’s love. There are ‘one billion Catholics’ on earth. But what if there were seven billion Catholics on earth! Let us unite our prayers with Pope Francis and the Priests and Religious of the Philippines for the inspiration and fortitude to go forth and proclaim the good news to the world.
